It all started with one burger.

The Classic Smash.

And it found its place at Manifesto pretty quickly.

The new menu builds on that. Instead of reinventing wheel, we took what works and expanded it. Made it better and more sexy. Smash burgers stay at the core, now in multiple versions depending on your mood.

It’s still about the same thing. Hot grill, thin patties, crispy edges, and flavors that just make sense. Nothing extra that doesn’t need to be there.

The menu is rounded out with street food staples like waffle fries, wings, and a pulled pork sandwich made from meat prepared in the smoker. Some of the flavors come from collaboration with Isaac’s BBQ, bringing a real barbecue into the mix.

No rules, no overthinking.
